Vintage Carved Light Pale Green Jade Floral Vase Pendant Talisman 27.3g 2 3/8 In
$1,000.00
Carved jade, likely Chinese export mid-20th century (1930s–1950s).
The soft, waxy luster and creamy white color with pale celadon undertones point to hetian-style nephrite jade (often from Xinjiang or imported into China for carving).
The white-with-cream tone
Diameter: ~59 mm
Thickness: ~5.8 mm
Weight: 27.3 g
Type: Openwork / pierced carving depicting a vase with flowers and bats or foliage — symbols of prosperity and longevity.
Maybe from the Republic period (1912–1949) or slightly later (1950s export jade).
The polish is traditional, not high-gloss modern, which supports that age estimate.
Very good condition with light use expected of its age, some expected minor scuffs and wear.
